LIST OF DOCUMENTS THAT WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY IN SAUDI ARABIA
- Invitation (Visa)
- Shadet Tescil Sherikeh (Commercial register certificate of the company that invites)
- Electronic Power of attorney to Evisa Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Sti. (Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Register number: 784918)
- Business contract or employment contract between Turkish Company or Turkish person that will be approved / ratified by Chamber of Commerce of Saudi Arabia and by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia. Job of the person will be same in employment contract and issued visa in Saudi Arabia.
- The contract also must be approved electronically and mentioning the name of the worker as well.
- If worker has worked with resident permit in Saudi Arabia before; there must be a duration of 18 months for those who left work and there must be a duration of 24 months for those who took holiday. Or worker will provide a clean record paper must be provided from ex-guarantor that will be approved by Chamber of Commerce of Saudi Arabia and by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS THAT WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE VISA APPLICANT
- Passport, it must be valid at least 1 year on visa application date
- Color copy of identification card
- 2 photos (4×6, white background)
- Criminal record
- Arabic translation of diplomas which will be approved from a notary and the governorship of Istanbul. Also, translation of diplomas will be attested by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Arabic translation of testimonials / references which will be approved from a notary and the governorship of Istanbul.
- Medical examination in a hospital that is authorized by Saudi Arabia Consulate. (HBS, HBC, HIV, BLOOD TEST)
- If worker is female, she must provide a consent letter from notary given by her husband if she is married, given by her father if she is single
